Best thing is I can work from work and planet spark offers a very comfortable environment for teaching professionals as there is no pressure and no competition. You can adjust your working hours according to your ease. So it's a wonderful platform. 😊

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about planet spark is that it's a target based job as the larger are the enrollments and the higher is your salary there is no fixed salary.

The job is amazing. You learn so many things each day. In the beginning I struggled but then as slowly and gradually I understood I became more and more confident

The company is open to innovation which is for the betterment of not only students but teachers too. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. Also, there is job security as lockdown is not going to affect the working.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is a bit slow. I do receive appreciation calls, emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed. Initially, queries went unresolved, which was a pain sometimes.

My main responsibility is to provide 1:1 teaching to students along with hosting some international events like Global Public Speaking Championship Volume II.
