There's nothing as such to discuss during my previous days , i liked some of my Managers and Senior Managers who were really good but left the organisation that's what i liked the most because PlanetSpark make their employees realise soon why they should leave the organisation.

*Exploitation of skillful people coming from different domains in the name of growth. *Toxic culture and partiality in growth. *No useful resources provided by the company all the leads are junk. *Abusive culture and no work life balance. *General working hours are 9:00 am to 11:00 pm sometimes it's 12:00 am i.e. 24×7. They will eatyour weekend saying target is not completed so you need to work will ask you to bring sales from your family or cheat people. *No appreciation even you perform well with some unseen numbers through out the cohort in the past, still no recognisation. *They believe in hire and fire i.e. same as use and throw with no job security not even a single day with their most loyal and oldest employees also....Read More

Over here you will be selected and after joining they will do a screening round after they will fire you they will give you every possible abusive word and make a fun out of it in front of every employee you will be humiliated at the end when you start working here .

Everything if there is negative marking i want to give that very toxic environment very poor management nothing is proper in the organisation salary cuts are regular , moth***k is very common word for employees.

It was very dissapointing experience working at Planet Spark. When I joined the company they said that you have to work on day shift but after some days they said you have to work on night shift. Management is very poor and is not helpful for anyone.
