I have seen many senior managers and ADs who joined the company as a BDA and have grown aggressively. I learnt a lot in the company after wasting 4 years in engineering. I was lucky to get Shubham Sir as my Sr Manager and life is great under him. But some managers arent that good. Dinner is not that good, though it is free. HR is weak If you want to chill then this ain't the place for you.

It was very dissapointing experience working at Planet Spark. When I joined the company they said that you have to work on day shift but after some days they said you have to work on night shift. Management is very poor and is not helpful for anyone.
