I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Good Learning opportunity & skill development, time management and development of pressure bearing capacity.

Dislikes

High level of favoritism, bias and selfish kind of management approach. Screwing the honest and hardworking persons but taking sides with influential and staff having mala fied intentions and having closely knitted relations with top management. High level of internal politics with blame game going on all the season.
