All the staff are family-oriented, all departments are very supportive of each other, so it's great to work here. And the best thing is that our reporting managers teach us a lot and guide us.

Dislikes

Despite everything being good here, there is no group insurance and PF for the staff, which many staff do not like.

Worst hôpital in navi mumbai. My father was admitted in pkc but did not get proper treatment by Dr Vivek hubbar. Very irresponsible doctor .

Hospital's ambiance is good. Good place to work.You get to learn lot of things from surgeons and anaesthetist. Staff is also disciplined.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
