They have flexible work timings & work load is pretty okay. Your are never required to stretch beyond your capacity. (since they got no work / projects may be)

Management - PJ valve India is totally controlled by PJ valves UK. India facility is not even allowed to breath without their permission. There is micro management. PJ V in UK try to implement UK labour law here in India results in big mess. Why not first study Indian labour law & then expand buisness here. Basically there are traders in UK & trying to expand in world without any vision & funds in their hands. Over all sinking ship. Work life - Work life is just okay since they got no projects / work. Biggest scam is job profile shown at time of interview is just show off & be ready to do any work which is dumped. No matter you are engineer or technical person but be ready to run their pay roll. Yes. Due to limited man power they keep shuffling people as per requirement. Dont try to speak with manger & or they will slam you desciplinary letter as per UK labour law. HR & Admin - They dont have HR & admin team. Accounting people try to fit in HR shoes. Evantually struggle. Very unprofessional & arrogant (accountant) admin have I ever seen in my life.
