There's not a lot to learn, but It offers a freestyle serving, you can enhance your way of service, no need to follow a traditional track of service. Thats why they are not Waiters they are called Maestros. Salary is good 👍 compared to other outlets. Alao have medical insurance. Shift timings are good, 8 hrs n 1hr break. Etc
