I liked about pizza hut is only their Pizza making process, the taste of their pizza. & nothing else.

No Work ethics at all,Too much of Politics between managers, Lack of training & lack of training staff. Dumb Restaurant Managers. Salary never comes on time,& very low salary compare to other companies.In every 1/2 Month you get transfer from this place to that place. No customer satisfaction, Customers give bad words to managers onphone. Very much frustrated by this job. They want you to work for 12/15 hrs,In pay of 11k. And that too they pay late after 15 days of your salary day.. Sometimes for 2/3 Months your salary stays hold,bcoz of Restaurant Manager's Integrity in banking matters. The company itself originally is good,But bcoz of some dumb Higher management peoples,The company had lost it's Image....Read More

People are not understanding their responsibility.. Here I say like in Rajasthan pizza hut no culture follow by the staff .. no response by team member and also all work by shift manager and manager every work like cleaning to maintaing report. Every work time manager feels like he is a team member .. also company is not giving salery properly this is disgusting thing .
