The team environment is very good. There will be 5 to 6 new outlets opening this year, so the career opportunity is there. What i loved more about pizza hut is that job security is 100%. If you are mobile and flexible in working hours this is the right place .

Dislikes

Company are more focused on cost cutting which leads to more pressure on the managers. Minimum 11 of works and sometimes you have to work for 15 16 hrs and no overtime for that. In medium volume store they will give only 18 staffs and 3 managers to run the store amd expecting to achieve all the given targets, of not managers off will be cancelled.

Work Details

I have to look on overall restaurant. (Sales, inventory, training, foodsafety, employmanagement). Sometimes it is very hectic and at the same time you learn a lot handling all together.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
