Not a single things ..... Based on my current experience.... Not about the company you will like....

Not appreciate regarding your work... Not promoted... Salary & benefits are not at all acceptable... In your letter showing that you will get 26000/- salary but after completion of one month you will get only 20 or 21 thousand.... Double side PF deduction....And also this things not mention in your offer letter.... That is a big crime... Mentorship not available... Empowerment is very less. Trust issue between engineer & manager.... Not valued there employee Involvement in precious work is not available.... Only they are using a your time....And your future growth will be reduced...Read More
