Dislikes

Management do not respect professionals. Very slow Company. No job security. Company still follows the old practice of paper approval. They are not friendly with the advanced technologies. Lot of wastage of papers. Every year they do the cost cutting without any reason.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
