Got the opportunity to work in a good digital marketing project. Good coworkers and a lot to learn.

Dislikes

The management, which is essentially a group of 4 siblings. The HR policies are all over the place, you never know how many leaves you have in your kitty. Salary delays were common. Appraisal was underwhelming. They have a decent project but just don't know how to run it well. They seem more interested in spying over employees than creating a decent work environment.
