Internal systems needed to be strengthen, Should improve in work load Analysing individual staffs and to be distributed evenly. Which leads to fail in balancing work-life.

Balance between work & life is great. Executive Director is always motivated. Freedom for the decision to work. No harassment in working. Management has trust in work I do. Management has faith so I enjoy to work & I am inspired to finish the work task on time and with a positive result.

there is a long distance between site & Head office so that face to face meeting are very rare with management so a discussion of some importance work strategy/ seriousness of the work that can be explained in a face to face meeting cannot happen.

Land is a most important part & first requirement & foundation stone. Law is connected with the land. I am proud that I am involved in Land & Legal filed. I like my challenging work because I have to do my supposed work from else, such as Farmer,Govt.

In my 10 years experience in wind sector i never face this type of company. Only 1 or 2 people handling everything with him empty mind. Very poor facility. Compare to off role get better facility. And no job security one day before you get information you are not eligible our company.
