Not a good place to work. And will not recognise. People who are all not working they will get huge rewards and recognition. For ex. Executive will work like cow managers will get good rewards for that. CEO of the company need to involve in this and change the culture of work and promotion process.

Almost nothing. The worst organization to work in ever!

There is so much politics. Very toxic work culture. It starts from the head HR- this lady is the worst HR I've come across. The management is horrible and they treat their employees so badly, they shout at them, hurl abuses and are constantly threatening as far as work goes. Moreover, you work your hardest but there is no praise, instead, it is hijacked by others. The payments are also never on time. Instead of getting paid on the first of every month, you get paid around the 15th for the previous month. And during COVID it has become worse as they have delayed payments (which are deducted by the way even though they make you work full time and twice as much as before) by almost 2 months. Also, their finances and invoices are a joke since they charge the developers a higher amount for the employee but they don't pay that amount to the employee and instead keep it in their pockets. I resigned in feb 24 and got my full and final in Nov 24 end. Which was really frustrating for me. I did a lot of follow ups with their team even I had to put the CEO in the mail CC. Really not recommended for anyone. Their HR team is too toxic, I had to serve two months notice period which was very difficult for me to get a new opportunity.
