I love the fact that i am independently leading my job & no interference from top management in my work.

Growth is very slow.Compensation is also very low.Company overall environment is very decent. Labour /Staff turnover rate is very high.

I have learned many things related to export documentation in the company. Overall staff was very nice nd cooperative. Working environment is not so appreciative

Dislikes

Work pressure was very high as per salary. Timings were like more the 9 hours. Seniors don't know how to talk with their juniors. They help but the makes us realize that we are dull.
