They have nothing . It is a bunch of shit all piled up together. With mismatched with position held and job requirements. Inefficient higher level management. Puppet HR and every aspect.

Friendly workplace, lots of training will provide to your skill enhancement, salary and appraisal will depends on your output and behaviour, every year there's a tour fron you'r team, Poiltics will not stop you if you do your job correct, sometimes you need to stretch to achieve extra.

Dislikes

You have to take training that you already an expert on that. Salary hike once a year. Incentives based on company's growth.
