Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

No HR response, No proper behavior with freshers, Even the hiring manager is so rude and impolite. Treatment worse than even a labor and omg there is lot of work pressure with zero work-life balance. They won't give you leave even when you're suffering from a f*** dengue. Absolute sh*thole with inhuman treatment to their employees. Don't join this organization unless you can really handle all the stress you will get.
