All Official member of PinkBlue are really friendly, free and good to work with. They treat you equally and make you feel comfortable to work. No dress code is the coolest thing. Events happen every month which will give you some good memories to take back. Overall working ambience and experience were good.

Dislikes

Salary won't be coming on time is the major issue. There will not be any commute facility, so you will have to take care of your own transportation, irrespective of wherever you stay. You can't expect being at home by evening, coz you might have to leave office post 8pm mostly everyday. Having said that, please forget your personal life and plans. Also, forget about your Sat Night, weekend plans, trips, hometown visits, etc., as you will have office on Saturdays (Sometimes half-a-day, depending upon the workload). So, there is no work-life balance for sure. And, once you become an Ex-employee of the company, you will have to wait for your pending settlements (if any) with no clue about the timeline.
