Pineapple Studio has a young team of driven UX/UI designers & illustrators. Working with such a team challenges you to work harder and make your work better each day. The robust discussions and the constant back and forth of opinions makes it a delight. Every opinion counts here and you yourself feel like wanting to contribute your thoughts on the discussions. In terms of the company, there isn't a hierarchical structure. One day you could be directly working with the co-founders and the higher ups on a project and the other day you'd be talking to a big client all on your own. I worked in Pineapple from July 2019 to May 2021. The growth scope and the learnings were pretty awesome, to be fair. I would always have the teachings with me and my skills definitely went from 0 to 100 during the time I was here. I'm so much more confident in my skills and the value I bring after my job in Pineapple.

Dislikes

While the learnings were awesome, v they came through means no one hopes for. Super toxic mangement and culture, only being portrayed as fun loving on the social media. Beer bottles and bean bag chair does not equate to culture.
