The Company Has Great Stability and Job Security and If you are amongst a Team Lead or Management Level with Good pay , you are in a Government Job Kind of Situation.

Dislikes

There are No Growth Opportunities and Lack of Clarity Amongst the Team, The HR Team is just for Show and No help at all , the Pay Difference amongst the same level is their in each vertical and they have no justification for that, and the policies are not at all Employee Friendly , the CEO has a Vision to become Great Place to Work Certified but Pine Labs is actually very Far away from that in reality just because of their own Process....Read More

Work Details

There was no Clarity on the New Business Intiative we were launching , even the VP's were clueless of what we were trying to achieve and hence the Team was just pretending to show their work and do Timepass.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
