Only that I am working here till the next job. Working at Pine Labs has challenges, including a high-pressure environment due to higher management pressure, a potential lack of work-life balance.
No work-life balance, Every mid-year higher management makes announcements and publicity that they have achieved various milestones and made millions of profits, but at the end of the year at the time of appraisal, the suddenly change them as they are in a big loss. Appraisal is big scam for lower-level employees. Every day they suffer from hues harassment.

First 6 month is all good for me post that when management change me any many team members are informing only dislikes for this company.
Work environment. Time management. Higher level management not understand lower level management works/how to treat good,how the employees should work. Not much hike less than 5% overall. Hybrid mode. Canteen (only Tea, Coffee, Biscuit & Namkeen) is there. Managers only want my task should be completed by EOD (means they are not checking whether office time is over or not). No Party, No Trip in a quarterly/yearly. Working 6 days a week(SATURDAY) although this is not in company regulations because on website it's showing SATURDAY & SUNDAY holiday but we are doing. No cons that i can remember. Let me explain 1. Company gives good increment from around 1% to 4%. And if you perform exceptionally well for qualifying a promotion (no set criteria is there though) you can get massive 5% appraisal. 2. There is an incentive for the sale you make. Just, there is a surprising element. You don't know theexact incentive earned on which product. And also, you don't even know when it will be actually credited to your account. And if it is credited to your account, you don't know for which product it is given and which products are left/not given. Our management do this to keep the things exciting. 3. Reimbursements are great. They are so detailed that no body can fool you. And the exciting part is, these will never get approved when you need these the most. There are no worthless concept of "time value of the money" in the company. 4. Operations are so smooth that you will not get any hurdles. Because to get hurdles, one must progress forward. Here nobody knows how the things are done, thus no need to worry about case closures. 5 Support function is so encouraging that one have to push himself to get the things done. There are many people to tell you that how you can accomplish something without a support from any other. Company will make sure to make you realise your potential by helding you responsible for every mishaps. See, when you do something good there are always people to take credit.
