There's nothing to like as there is no job security they're removing employees every week just to stay safe when it comes to collecting IT assets and avoiding themselves from an possible cases in future instead of mass firing no responsible person handling the company no finance team or main heads everyone have resigned and company is soon closing down

There is nothing good in company, this is totally Chinese owned company , it has been raided by ED in due to illegaly sending money to China, there is no CEO or cofounders all had resigned. The company is running by old employee who doesn’t know how to manage people or even talk to them. The current management so call BU is teacher who doesn’t know to teach nor toh handle . They doesn’t have office also now employees are doing wfh. 70% employees left the company due to bad behaviour management and even due to financial strain they started termination by putting false allegations on people. I strongly suggest not to join this organisation....Read More

If the guardian give the money and go for emi and If they are not able to give the remaining amount they, the employee of ODA Class said that sorry this is no refundable pls submit the full amount then it will refund to u, but after when u pay full amount then don't think the employee of ODA CLASS will pick the call or see ur messages...

Only salary part is good here if you are performing well specially in bridge course (conversion department) but if you are in an MP then salary would be less than sales department (but pressure is very less here).

Dislikes

There is so much politics in this company specially if you are a chamcha of the reporting manager (AM) then nothing will happen with you but if you are not then they can put you on the bench even if you are performing well. Favouritism is the ethics of this company.
