There is no such positive point for company , if you are looking for a short term job then join and leave once you get desired one

As such there is no work culture top management only listen to their closest no importance of performance or other things , no value to the loyal employees , everything thing depends on your closeness to the top level people, if you don’t work but maintain relation u can stay long here

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
