It's overall good company. You can skilled up your existing skills but dont expect much salary and the promotions in the company as the company is start-up and couldn't help for employees benefit. Work life balance is not as great as some other companies.

Dislikes

Salary is not as par and also too much delay for salary. Promotions and appraisal is not great in the company as they are not able to check performance monthly wise unless you talk about the promotion to own. Job security is so much poor.
