I've been working at Piest Systems since 12th February 2024 as an Embedded Trainer, and I truely enjoy my experience here. One of the best thing about working at Piest Systems is the supportive work environment. My colleagues are friendly and always willing to help, which makes teamwork enjoyable and productive. The company providesexcellent opportunities for growth. I appreciate the training programs and chance to learn new skills that keep me updated with the latest technology in Embedded Systems. It feels great to know that my personal and professional development is valued. I also love the innovative projects we work on. Each projects presents unique challenges that keep my job exciting. The leadership here is fantastic, they are approachable and genuinely care about our well-being. This makes it easy to share ideas and ask for feedback. Another important aspect is the work-life balance. Piest Systems understands the importance of personal time, and they offer flexible working hours, which I really appreciate. Dislikes

I like working at Piest Systems, but there are few things that could be better. Sometimes the workload is too much, especially when deadlines are tight. I think communication between departments need to be improved to make things easier. Also, having clearer ways to move up in our careers and getting more recognition for our hard work would help boost morale.
