system are flawed create barrier for work, necessary changes takes eternity ho people are kaam chor, feedback taken for only show-off nothing implements , discission taken by people who used to work in market 20 yr ago now only read news and take strategic discission . also marketing budget is very kanjoos

Everything, too political, intellectually challenges leaders, Yes Sir culture, no value of enabling functions, no empowerment to managers or leaders, pathetic policies, work environment is toxic as employees are comfortable not working and getting salary for free.

Dislikes

Pidilite is a horrible company. No caring about Employee. Lot of Employees Given resign in the whole company but company have no shame. Mediclaim and leave policy is the worst. For picnic they charge from Employee. Do not join this company otherwise you will regret.

Pidilite is the Most Horrible Company. Here people at age of 40 become TSIs(Territory Sales Incharge). HR minds are sucks....After getting select in Pidilite no one can get chance in other companies easily. Underated Management Team.

Not much to like about the company in general. Just job security and that this company is stable in terms of finances and market position.

Dislikes

There is an extreme bootlicker culture, only those who are Yes Sir types are preferred by the management irrespective if they are right or not. Multiple organizational changes, high attrition, careless HR, no talent management, incorrect hiring on higher positions and preference of having weak leaders.
