It's one of the best companies out there. Totally employee centric. No work pressure (manageable targets). No politics between team members. Growth is performance based.

Dislikes

Low salary. Slow growth. Complex scorecard mechanism to earn incentives.

Good working experience till now. Little problems faced as other parties involved in the work are not responsive and no one bothers to work on it. Or resolve it.
