Running there own monopoly where only save the old people who actually doing nothing and just destroying the new joinins career

There are so many points which we dislike they hired the management from different sectors who not even know the product and about the logistics

Atmosphere is not good due to internal politics and favorism. Management can ask to resign any time without any reason despite you are good performer, metrics score are improved. If you ask for clarifications, they will just say its management call and you have to resign.

Likes

Teammates and the management are very supportive. Festival are celebrated well. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

1. It is 6 days working company. I was committed for 5 days in a week while joining. 2. No proper washroom and cafeteria facility.
