HR department is a dislike for me they didn't listen to your things as first place. They take so much time to take seriously what you wanted from them . And company/HR first tell me that you have training first 3 months and then your salary got increased by your performance and after 3 months after i learns so much better than expected they didn't take seriously you , give excuses that come after some time etc .....Read More

I am there because my friends are there. There are lots of things that you can learn and Implement in the real world. The teammates are supportive that Why I am there.

Dislikes

There are lots of politics in the upper management. Nothing is fixed. You have to do all the work without. They did not specify your Exact position. They will treat the experience as well as fresh candidates in the same manner.

The job is good but the working hours are more. They did not provide any extra training I have learnt everything on the job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
