Need Advice!
This is my first job. I am a Trainee in my current organisation and I have been working for them since 2022. I've got an offer from different companies with 25% hike and on roll position with Good Post.
So I requested my HR team for a buyout. HR refusing to take compensation and even refusing to reply on mail. Now My manager and HR are blaming themselves for approving my resignation.
