Don't like pi Culture... frequently problem for attendance every month... અળસી HR department work very slow for resign person full and final settlement..harrament by hr department for my own salary...very poor culture.. always bharuch root bus late coming..and..it's late to all releave bus .

PI's impetus in R&D is highly appreciated and the sprawling and state-of-the-art R&D centre at UDR is testimony to that.

Dislikes

Science has not achieved as much as the management would have aspired due to local employees lobbying and not the right set of people working on key accounts. Variable pay compensation is poorly represented

No proper KRA to employees. Everyday we need to follow the superior instructions. Half knowledge people will involve in all the activities in all the departments
