People interested in politics rather than work.. ppl with less knowledge and experience are on higher position makes system worst... Due poor Location connectivity issue for most of the metro cities.

No proper engineering softwares, routine no brainer works, poor quality canteen, poor transport facility, poor HR, poor management in almost everything. Most people are old and not at all open to changes. Leaders promotes overwork but no appreciation for the same.

Don't like pi Culture... frequently problem for attendance every month... અળસી HR department work very slow for resign person full and final settlement..harrament by hr department for my own salary...very poor culture.. always bharuch root bus late coming..and..it's late to all releave bus .
