Okay so here it is- I've not joined Physics wallah but I was selected for the role of Parent Relationship manager. I declined this offer as their managers are simply fooling young people by making them work overtime and not discussing about the work schedule prior to the offer. Even in the offer letter important things like notice period, leave policy and work timings have been omitted. I already told their HR person that I won't work beyond 8 hours. Now these people are telling me that they actually work for 9 to 10 hours. The labour law clearly mentions that you cannot make the employee work for more than 48 hours a week and young people are simply fooled as they Don't know anything about their rights. Beware of PW as they are trying to simply fool people by making them work overtime and paying nominal salary, this all is done by hiding Important facts.
