The environment depends on how you treat your colleagues. The company being new, it has most of the employees in their youth age. So, they behave on the basis of emotions. If you can vibe with them then you are good to go.

Dislikes

It has too much of nepotism. First of all most of the employees who are hired locally are through reference. And those who get hired through central HR are gonna face nepotism even if that person is the best of them. And since employees get hired on the basis of reference, so you can't expect them to have proper understanding and knowledgeable of their KRA. They are there and will be there even if they are not worthy. I was hired through central HR and I was one of the best employee. So, got appointed as SPOC in the department within the 1st month of joining even though I was in the probation period. When the company stopped hiring and started firing because they hired too much. I was first on the list cause I was not hired through regional HRs and I didn't had any reference to protect me. All other employees who had their reference got protected even some of them who were on the list first got themselves saved through some different references....Read More
