In the past one year, I have seen the org bring in so many opportunities for our growth, the product is growing everyday, the tech we are working on is brilliant, I have not seen anything like this in the IVR systems I have worked in different orgs before. I love the fact that this job offers me a variety of tech to work with. Everyday the challenges it poses enhance my overall skill set as an engineer. I am glad I have mentors in the co-founders, who guide me to drive the product development to top notch levels. When you work here, you will feel at ease and at home because of the familial environment everyone throws your way.

While the work pressure is high but the work is interesting and cutting edge. I have worked on design and architecture. I worked at phonon for 2 years and learnt a lot.

Too hard to find what employees like there because opinions of employees doesn't matter

Micromanaged by ceo, incapable seniors, policy keep changing every single day only benefiting the employer, no support or training to freshers, hiring on high CTC but making fresher work on half of it ...... And many.
