The best thing about working with Phonepe is its people. These are some extremely talented bunch of people who are ambitious, helpful and smart to work with. There are ample opportunities given here to learn and experiment. You are also given to move your role if the learning curve is flattening

Dislikes

Since it's a start up, the HR policies are some of the worst I have encountered. They do not stand up to their promises of increments and promotions. The work life balance is poor and there is concentration of decision making power in certain few top management people.

Work Details

I worked in finance pod and was directly working with all the other business functions in my category. There was no formal training session which was provided. However the work was challenging and I was given bigger and multiple charters once comfortable

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
