Small teams working on their respective tasks creating good team work experience. Work delegation is also clear hence no work politics observed in low n mid level.

Dislikes

No work rotation or shifting to other teams even you work for years. Kind of a working in BPO.. Low pay scale. BONUS and increment are so late so that employees dont leave or leave at loss..

I was not satisfied with my salary and the worst part was i had to work almost all Saturday without any pay and your timings were 9.30-6.30 but never had the chance to leave before 10..you never get appreciation for whatever hard work you put in..manager is very rude and annoying person..worst company for semi qualified CA
