I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Except to salary awesome place to work, grow and learn new things with work life balance. No working pressure or liberal work environment like actual corporate organization. WFH facilities and lots of Benefit also provided. Flexible working hours that will also help us mentally and can focus on work while we are completely in comfort zone.
