Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. 1) Wasting career of GET,s by diverting their job role. 2) No fixed shift schedule. 3) Not only contract worker but also Assistant Managers, Deputy Mangers are forced to work 12 hrs. minimum thrice in a week or maximum days depends upon managers. 4) Due to remote location travelling is around 35 Km. So 8 hrs. duty is also 9 to 10 hrs. So no life cycle balance in this organization.

The plant is not good for out side employees. There are a lot of Gujarati fillings going on here. The supportive staff is not here. If people from other states come to this place, they will either leave their jobs or become mentally disturbed. Which happened to me in Mundra PCBL. That's why I request people from other states not to join PCBL MUNDRA.
