PCBL's strong and responsible management ensures satisfactory wages and employee benefits, a good work-life balance and opportunity for learning and development for all of its employees.

Dislikes

Though PCBL is a great company to work at and to boost your career, sometimes it is quite resistant to changes. It takes more time and effort to bring about a certain change in the system even if it is beneficial for the company.

This Company gives you an ample amount of opportunities to explore in whichever location you are in. Benifits and compensations are satisfactory. You are given multiple roles which increases your capability as an employee and if you prove yourself, you get your result in hand.

Dislikes

Handling multiple roles can be sometime stressful. Budget is a constraint so you might have to struggle more to see the change happening.

Work Details

I struggled at the beginnig to set everything up. Once you are ready and you have your connections strong, things get going.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
