Dislikes

Our Durgapur Plant is very old though management try to impart new technologies in every aspect. There is high rate of abnoemal shutdowns which indirectly impacted all departments. Union is definitely a strong dislike for us. Some of the top management has oceans of EGO and its tends to cancer.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
