Only the brand name- PHILIPS, i felt that Philips HIC-Pune- still new and in learning phase, but management needs to work towards employees aspiration, also HR really need to work hard to connect with employee and pay attention towards the issue and voice of employee.

I am 15years experienced professional and joined Philips with hopes to learn more and use my skillsets to contribute in their journey, but when i joined-very first day itself--management directly put me on center and then within 1 week-- expectation was that i should be able to run the entire show--which i was started--Challenge was--there was no transition- "not at all"-- Also another major issue was- this was complete profile mismatch. I highlighted to my manager and then to HR also the same thing, that is is not the profile which was offered, but they asked to work for at least 3months and then i will be use to it and understand, but it was not something which was going to change, i worked for 3months, created facts and points and again went to management with them and requested that this is complete mismatch- i am doing my job with all focus, but they need to change my profile to relevant one, but no one heard me-- after multiple follow-ups also--no response from management, "by that time i bought my team to the level- which no one ever thought and performed really well, that we not even met but over exceed the Goals expectations". I was doing all this "but not self satisfied with the profile", ultimately i took decision to leave Philips and work somewhere else- where i will also be Happy along with Management. My Point here is that it was new and completely different profile for me, but i was able to deliver and exceed the Goals successfully, with no passion to work in that profile- If Philips could have listen to me, i may had deliver far-far better in relevant profile. 1) No job security, and for new joiners it’s difficult survive. 2) There is no KT fro new joiners you always have to struggle 3) they are using outdated technologies and lots of issues in product 4) No hike 3%,4% 5) it’s kind of startup environment

0% Job security. Always Lay-offs in every business units to make profit. Technology wise philips is very far compared to other competitors . They are failing to make a foot print for most of the healthcare products other than Uk, Brazil and few others.

Great place to learn as the end to end from project planning , R&D , Quality, Regulatory, sales , supply, manufacturing everything in India - pune, so one who works in Philips IGTS business unit he will be working on end to end 5 days work - hybrid only

There is no innovation are in SRC department. It’s not creative work at all. All software engineers are doing documentation works. And manager is literally handling everything like a call centre management. Even if they start any new development under this management nothing going to work
