Have some benefits like food and login time leverage

Dislikes

Company politics, no cab, no recognition for work, no hikes and bonus at all but bonus is deducted from our package only.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
