The only good thing about Phdata is they have some employee benefits policies

The work life balance is worst here, If you're a full on workaholic person and don't want to do anything except work then only join this company. Otherwise you won't get time to follow your passion, play some sports or spend time with your family. They are taking small small migration projects only which needs to be completed within3 to 4 months by only 2 or 3 members. So you will be always in hurry and definitely need to work more than 9 hours everyday. On a higher note, in phData you will be given proper training by seniors and the support from the manager is really good enough when compared to other service based companies.

I would not say it as cons, but you need to work from office for couple of years as "Associate Data Engineers" and then you will be allowed to WFM( Work From Home ).
