Likes

Design department was good with excellent cooperative people. No overtime at all. Work timing is fix. Good company for starters.

Dislikes

First of all, Mobile phone is not allowed. This is terrible. Job is stryotype, you won't get to learn anything new. No FE Analysis software is used. Everyday company owner will come and will make changes in standard model without any analysis just based on experience. He will bring photos of competitors' machine and will asked you to make model like that picture. No analysis or brainstorming at all !!...Read More

Work Details

Hectic... Those who had joined company early with high salary, they are not going to leave company at all. So no chance for new joiners for opportunity at higher position. Dont think of settling in here jus leave in 1-2 years.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
