Company not paid our salaries from December to till now total 3 months salary and PF also not credited cheating employees and no response from hr and management regarding salaries they main targets is to ask employees to resign and collecting assets

It's a fraud company, owner disappeared without giving salaries to their employees. Management made fake promises that they will provide FNF but didn't full fill their promises and disappeared. Don't trust this company.

I was working under as an sales associate under Arun and Vishal . They are too good . and work culture is excellent . No Clear Vision. High Work Pressure. Company has gone bankrupt in Feb, 2023. Laidoff around 900 employees since August, 2022. Company has seized its operation and is facing financial issues since September, 2022. Many employees have not been paid there salaries after October / November. The worst part is employees were told about it at the very last in January, 2023.

Phable company like a Pharmesay or netmed but phable only collected data from Pharmacy and not provide any single orders to pharmacy , There is a one manager Uday Banu he always scared to phable field sales executive about what situation in market but they not provide salary to field sales executive on time also they put expenses on hold without any reason it's totally lie company.

Company say Pharmacy on-board but company not provide any single orders to pharmacy after that Pharmacy owner angry on field sales executive, also salary not on time if achive 100% target but company not give incentive , Company change every three months MoU , company not stand on his commitment, HR also not answering calls , company don't provide any notice period from company side directly put on PEP , Manger said every new year we hire new field team , and previous employee company take forcefully resignation , company customer care and backend people not answering pharmacy owner calls and massages so Pharmacy owner angry on field sales associate and Territory Sales Manager, Pharmacy don't got payment on time , Also do not provide any medicine delivery charges to Pharmacy , company not provide diwali bonus to employees , phable company also not any reason put field employee expenses on hold...Read More
