I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I found it a homely environment, to develop one's skills and gather experience. The company culture and management allows to entertain have innovative ideas from the beginners as well. Teammates as well as seniors are co-operative and take care as well.

Dislikes

Though usually offers a healthy package, but the increment in salary and position as well is very slow! One may work at same position and for same compensation for long years though continuously achieving targets in his / her field.

I have to look after the equipment required for the various construction activities specially for industrial construction project in a leading role of the team. Its great and enjoying.
