The company policies and Work culture makes it easy to work with the people . It is a wonderful place to start your career if the market is in the right swing

Dislikes

The work life balance is highly affected by the late working hours and the stressful tasks that needs to be completed on a congested deadline . Due to alterations in the oil price...job security is another major factor to be considered

Work Details

The work life balance was the greatest negative for working in this organization. We literally have to work 11 to 12 hours a day when we are actually supposed to work for 8 hours

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
