Nothing, NO proper H.R Policy, Top Management are not that much capable of handling the project

Unnecessary seniors asking for work upto 7 PM and Sunday work, it's like forcefully works culture, should be a time table like 8.30 AM to 5 PM , Staffs supposed to get Sunday time off for personal work. , less salary , Holding salary intentionally.

3rd class company They promised incentives for candidate joining in writing. Turned down later. No work culture Hire and Fire without intimation or notice Do not follow the clauses in the appointment letter. F&F takes 2-3 months. Zero authority to senior people. All decisions are made from Nigeria. No HR policies. Too much politics. No Sick leave. Strict office to timings 1130 to 2030 Nepotism, Favourism No support from Accounts for tax related matters. Dislike is some thing equivalent to hate..but it has to be mentioned as improvement. Any individual or collective of individuals-organization shall have a scope for improvement. Clarity at first instance on scope of work. Need to implement mentor and guidance to Juniors and entry level professionals.
