3rd class company They promised incentives for candidate joining in writing. Turned down later. No work culture Hire and Fire without intimation or notice Do not follow the clauses in the appointment letter. F&F takes 2-3 months. Zero authority to senior people. All decisions are made from Nigeria. No HR policies. Too much politics. No Sick leave. Strict office to timings 1130 to 2030 Nepotism, Favourism No support from Accounts for tax related matters. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
